Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

  • Assist with project planning by setting up timelines, task lists, and resource allocation based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure alignment on project deliverables.

Client Communication & Coordination:

  • Schedule and organize meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting notes.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain organized project documentation, including design plans, permits, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and submit regular project status reports, highlighting project progress, potential issues, and key accomplishments.

Team Coordination & Support:

  • Organize team meetings, prepare presentations, and distribute relevant project materials to team members.
  • Facilitate cross-department communication to ensure that design and planning objectives align with project goals.

Resource Coordination:

  • Coordinate resource allocation with various departments to ensure the necessary personnel and tools are available for each phase of the project.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Project Management, Architecture, Design, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a design or planning department.
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of design principles and construction processes.

  • Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
