QAQC Exec is responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes to ensure the company's products and services meet the highest standards of quality and food safety.

QA ACTIVITIES

To maintain a documented quality & food safety system
To ensure compliance with food safety requirements
To provide support to the in-line QA/QC in day-to-day operations
To perform, manage and monitor internal quality plan within the company from incoming inspection to in-process and finished good testing.
To review and propose procedures and specifications, including cleaning procedures for all plant areas and equipment
Verify batching quantity (BMR) for each production prior to batching.
Ensure all forms are filled accordingly by the PIC based on a daily and monthly basis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions
Train and educate employees on quality assurance processes and best practice.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality & food safety.
To participate and assist in external and internal audit compliance with Company’s HALAL, GMP, HACCP best practice.
Monitor pest control program.
To assist new product development activities & trial run as and when required
Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
Participate in the development and review of product specifications and quality standards
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders
Execute technical duties directed by QA Manager, or other supervisors.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in Food Science / Food Technology /Science or equivalent.
Good knowledge in GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001 & Halal requirements.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in food/beverage industry.
Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.
Possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, outstanding interpersonal, good communication skills, teamwork as well as analysis and presentation skills.
Duration: Contract 6 months
