Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to end users on inquiries to Optical and Ophthalmic instrument Software via phone/email / remote assistance.
  • Provide both on-site/off-site Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Conduct product (Software/Application) training to end users.
  • Involve in ad-hoc projects, pre-implementation discussions.
  • Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner.
  • To perform analysis on software application functionality and input for improvements.
  • To conduct periodic sales and service visits.
  • To participates in trade shows, conferences and other projects as determined.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
  • Willing to travel outstation.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Analytical and problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time management.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD).
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferably with minimum 1 years’ experience in software support.
  • Basic Salary+Petrol Allowance+Standby Allowance+Outstation Allowance.
  • Petrol/Toll/Car park claim.
  • Yearly Performance Bonus.
