- Site coordination and supervision
- bring foreign workers from factory to site
- Oversees daily site operation and closely monitor site workers.
- Provides technical advice and solve technical issues that arise during construction.
- Monitors work progress and ensures that all work are in accordance to drawing, specification and procedure.
- Ensures that necessary and relevant materials are available, and ensures all forms of delay by contractors due to conflicting project elements are prevented.
- Monitor site management and control daily progress until the project site is satisfactorily handed over.
- Report to the superior regarding site update/status/condition, keep all site records and documents.
- Perform any other tasks as and when required
- Must have at least possess Diploma/Professional Certificate in Civil/Mechanics Engineering or equivalent ( no paper also never mind, as long as have experience )
- Minimum 1 years experience of working experience in related field
- Effective site management skills and knowledge in reading construction drawing
- Ability to problem-solve, self-motivated, responsible team player, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient in verbal and written communication: Malay ,English, Mandarin is additional advantages
- Malaysian with driving license and willing to travel locally from site to site
- Able to work in fast paced with deadline given
