  • Plan, coordinate, delegate works to subordinates and carry out all types of building maintenance works to all the end users
  • To provide reports to superior on work status with manpower and materials and tools usage for work assigned
  • To assist manage orders of building materials to ensure sufficient materials for work purpose
  • Maintain attendance records for subordinates, W/O records and inventory records on all building equipment, tools and machineries
  • Ensure efficient and properly use of materials, building tools and machineries in order to reduce costs for the company
  • To do regular housekeeping and safety inspection in the building workshop (carpentry, welding, other work station, and storage) and make sure that the workshop environment is safe for users
  • To supervise vendors’ work in accord to Safety, Health, and Environment regulations, workmanship and specifications in order work to be fully satisfied by owners/end user
  • Any other works assigned by Building executives / officers and facilities management executives from time to time
  • Minimum education SKM Level 3, One (1) year of experience in similar position in facilities management (preferably in building and structural maintenance).
  • Basic knowledge in building (flooring, bricklaying, plastering, concreting, carpentry skill),
  • Basic knowledge with fabricating all types of metal structures (railing, racks, shelves etc), repairing burst pipes, basic knowledge with oxy and arch welding, healthy and hardworking, basic knowledge with trouble shooting water leaking and mitigation. Willing to work shift and night time.
  • Willing to work extra hours if required
  • Technician Salary : RM1700, upon confirmation if has diploma certificate, additional RM100 allowance
  • Sr Technician Salary: RM1900, upon confirmation if has diploma certificate, additional RM100 allowance
