JB Cocoa is the brand of cocoa ingredient products by JB Foods Limited (JB Foods for short, or the Group), namely cocoa mass, cocoa butter and cocoa powder, which are used to produce chocolate, chocolate confectionary as well as cocoa-related food and beverages.

Job Description
We are looking for an intern to join our Trading department which will provide you the unique opportunities for learning outside the academic settings. It can expose you to new tasks and help you learn goal-specific skills along the way.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Draft and send detailed shipping instructions to vendors based on order requirements and shipment details.
- Monitor and follow up on responses from vendors regarding shipment plans or status updates.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate updates on shipment progress.
- Update the estimated delivery dates in the system to ensure accurate shipment forecasting.
- Assist in tracking and adjusting shipment schedules as needed.
- Review available credits in the Sustainability portal.
- Perform necessary conversions or adjustments related to sustainability goals or requirements.
- Assist with amendments to purchase contracts related to shipment terms, ensuring alignment with vendor agreements and operational requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor in Supply Chain, Logistics or any relevant field.
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Offices.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Having good time management.
- Detailed oriented and able to work independently.
