Manager - Janitorial Sales and Services

Responsibilities: Lead and manage janitorial sales and service operations, ensuring client satisfaction and high standards in cleanliness and safety. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand NURA’s janitorial services within the hospitality and industrial (petrochemical and chemical) sectors. Oversee and support service teams to maintain optimal quality and adherence to industry standards. Conduct regular site visits, evaluate cleaning processes, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with clients to assess needs, offer solutions, and ensure expectations are met or exceeded. Monitor service performance, maintain client relationships, and resolve any issues promptly. Prepare and manage budgets, track performance metrics, and meet sales targets. Train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
