ASSISTANT OUTLET MANAGER - RAWANG REEF

• Lead, mentor and manage culinary team • Develop chef in restaurant • Manage food costing and inventory • Maintain standard for food storage and quality Ensure chef follow Standard Operation Procedure all the time • Ensure every restaurant maintain cleaning schedules for equipment, storage. • Ensure food preparation and process running smooth for operation • Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties • Help restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered • Train new kitchen staff • To provide direction for all day-to-day operation in the kitchen • Assist Outlet Manager if required
