Technician

Job Purpose: Responsible to keep buildings facilities and system running efficiently by inspect and identify facilities need of repair, planning and repair works scheduling and perform general repair that do not require specialization contractor. Key Accountabilities: 1. Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues and perform maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical & electrical, facilities, plumbing, HVAC, lift system and architectural and civil works. 2. Monitor and adhere to safety regulations, such as fire safety, electrical codes and building standards and to respond in time to. 3. Emergency calls to resolve issue within the limitation of skills. 4. Keep an inventory of tools and equipment, order supplies and maintain tools in good working condition. 5. Check and maintain the machine equipment. 6. Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections and repairs. Conduct repair, inspection record the activities and defect to repair. 7. Implement energy-saving measures such as optimizing HVAC systems and lighting. 8. Interact with tenants or clients to understand and address their maintenance concerns. 9. Stay updated on new technologies, regulations and best practices in building maintenance. 10. Assist in the maintenance budget in seeking cost-effective solution without comprising quality.
