QAQC Technician

• To perform quality inspection of incoming raw material to meet specifications. • To control the quality of finished goods to meet customers’ requirements. • To prepare dimensional reports and inspection certificates • To maintain proper inspection records in accordance with ISO standards • Maintaining company inspection reports and mill certificates and preparing in-house certificates. • Inspecting goods or products according to quality and safety standards. • Ensuring goods and products comply with company standards as well as client requirements. • Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor. • Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes. • Ensuring production is not hindered by quality procedures. • To coordinate/interact with other departments in order to properly execute each Sales Order. • Follow safety policies & procedures. • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor relevant to the work scope.
