Royal Selangor is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals with customer-centric skills to join our retail team and provide our customers with an unforgettable shopping experience.
For this role, you will be assigned at the Bangsar Shopping Centre (BSC) and The Gardens Mall. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage showroom and stores’ daily operations and sales at Bangsar Shopping Centre (BSC) and The Gardens Mall.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to ensure their active engagement in achieving the company's objectives.
- Identify and address any arising issues, while demonstrating strong decision-making skills.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field.
- This position is open to individuals who have 3 years of retail sales experience or have held roles as Assistant Store Managers or above, depending on their prior work experience.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Other skills: Time management, people skills and problem solving skills.
