  • Foster seamless communication with other team member to ensure goods are delivered promptly, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and supporting the company's efficiency goals.
  • Execute sales strategies with a sense of urgency to achieve and exceed Company Sales Targets, aligning with the company's growth trajectory.
  • Drive towards and surpass monthly sales targets, demonstrating commitment to the company's success.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate an aggressive and results-oriented approach in achieving sales targets that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive targets.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills and the ability to work independently, showcasing the company's values and commitment to excellence.
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel outstation as needed to pursue opportunities in line with the company's expansion plans.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay languages to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of performance while working independently Self-Discpline, contributing significantly to the company's success.

Additional Responsibilities - MUST

Provide detailed customer & market reports to contribute strategically to the company's direction and growth.

  • Proactively identify and implement improvements in sales processes and customer satisfaction to support the company's continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends, ensuring alignment with the company's future direction.
  • Actively participate in regular company meetings to enhance sales, promoting professional development that supports the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support company activities in line with the company's branding and marketing direction.
