Job Description:
- Answering and routing inbound calls timely on general line and service helpdesk to the appropriate internal or external department or person
Making outbound calls to customers or clients as and when required for escalation
- Taking and delivering messages accurately and promptly to ensuring intended message properly addressed.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed call logs for management reporting
- Providing excellent customer service to callers and presentable manners
- Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as and when required
- Assisting with special projects as needed e.g events, reception etc
Requirement:
- Good spoken English
- Pleasant personality
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
