Security Guard

• All vehicles those carrying raw materials entering or leaving the premises must be checked in accordance with ISO 9002 requirements.
• Ensure to record employees leaving the premises during working hours must complete a gate pass form.
• Ensure record the entry and exit of contract workers must be for tracking purposes.
• All visitors must wear the appropriate safety gear before being allowed to enter the premises.
• Visitor details must be recorded before entry to ensure proper documentation and security.
• Patrol the designated area according to the shift schedule and document your observations in the logbook.
• Operate the weighbridge computer system in compliance with ISO 9002 work instructions.
• Ensure that Gate 2 is opened or closed according to the designated schedule.
• Open or close the office doors and manage office lighting and air conditioners as needed.
• Provide assistance in the event of an emergency, such as industrial accidents or fire situations.
• Ensure that company car keys are securely stored and recorded whenever staff use the vehicles.
• Provide written reports as required by management
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisors.
• To give written report as and when required by management
• To perform any other duties as and when instructed by immediate superiors.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
