- To manage the meal delivery to ward on time according to the hospital meal specification .
- To ensure smooth running at tray plating section in Unit Hospital catering according to Hospital meal specification and outlined procedures.
- To establish work assignments for tray plating by using all information received from the hospital
- To ensure the tray meal plating are according to hospital on meal delivery to the ward.
- Overall responsible to ensure the food safety practice on the floor are followed. These includes the GMPs and HACCP program.
- Overall responsible to ensure the food Quality System (i.e. taste, presentation, portion, freshness and foreign object) and HALAL requirements are practice on the floor.
- To assist in customer audits and follow up on the implementation of Departmental Corrective Action Record and Sustainability.
- Monitor staff activity and progress of work assignments in plating area.
- To ensure all equipment used for dishing must be clean, dry, not damage.
- To ensure all wastages are recorded in proper document.
- To manage all staff matters i.e. Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Staff Overtime, Productivity and etc. within his/her jurisdiction compartmental.
- Any other duties assigned and instructed by the superior.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 20 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
