Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Monitor safety performance and report on safety metrics to management.
  • Provide safety training and orientation for new employees and subcontractors.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for safety-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to occupational safety.

  • Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation as required by regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, Certified Safety Professional) are a plus.
  • Have a valid Yellow Book.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing safety programs.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret safety data and reports.
  • Proficiency in conducting safety training sessions and presentations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
