Job Summary:
The role of Business Analyst (BA) is essential in analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and devising solutions to meet them. BA will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, assess business objectives, and transform them into practical strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and pain points.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows.
- Analyze and document existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and process improvements.
- Design and develop innovative solutions to address business challenges and improve efficiency.
- Participate in user acceptance testing to validate solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dyn365 Business Central & LS Central solution.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of mobile applications and database systems is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,402.41 - RM6,232.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
