Warehouse Generalist

· Perform tasks as informed by the Team Leader on a day-to-day basis, which can be different depending upon, the operational requirements.

· Adhere strictly to instructions from Team Leader.

· Ensure maintenance of quality standards in all activities performed in line with operational/quality requirements informed or learned during training sessions.

· Adhere strictly to designed procedures.

· Timely report any deviations or non-compliances with warehousing rules & guidelines issued by Management.

· Timely report any inventory damage identified during course of routine activities.

· Timely report any storage condition/requirements variances identified during course of routine activities.

· Be aware of targets & KPIs provided by the Team Leader and strive to achieve on a daily basis.

· Ensure adherence to procedure and quality standards during non-operational activities.

· Ensure inventory physical integrity is not compromised during value-added services, such as, shrink wrap cutting, international labelling, SIRIM labelling etc.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.

· Practice a safe working culture, adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensure they are understood and practiced while performing any tasks on the floor.

· Ensure the house keeping standards are maintained in lines with the SOPs defined.

· Report any incident or disciplinary issues to the supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
