Production Executive

Job Summary :

• Oversees and direct production operation for manufacturing organization.
• Lead production operation, coordinate staff and equipment. Ensure the quality and profitability of products.
• Make sure all GMP and sanitation programmed are followed.
• Verify and check all laboratory result checklist, internal laboratory quality checking that related to YUM Brands system in Food safety and Quality System.
• Conduct new and existing method verification and validation for laboratory.
• Conduct continuous improvement study projects on processing method or flow in production and generate the result of the study.

Skill & Qualification requirement :

• Degree in Food Science & Technology/related field.
• 2 or 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment
• Able to work flexible, long working hours and on call at any time of the day to deal with production breakdown/emergency.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
