- Assists department in PROTÉGÉ recruitment, including advertising vacancies and conducting interviews.
- Assist in arranging Letter of Appointment (LOA) and providing office equipment for new employees.
- Assist on supervise the probationary period for new Protégé hires and maintain communication with department heads regarding the confirmation process.
- Assist on updating staff personal data in the system.
- Assist on supervising incoming and outgoing letters.
- Assisting in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
Attendance and Payroll
- Assist in monitoring employee and Sub-con attendance for multiple office locations (KL Branch, PPUM/ JETI/ PENGERANG Site Office).
- Assist on handling payroll for MMN Engineering staff.
- Ensuring record-keeping is updated.
Policy Implementation and Compliance
- Assist in implementing office standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring staff compliance with company policies.
- Assists on monitoring new Protégé hires' confirmation period and liaising with department heads.
- Ensuring the company complies with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist on communication with governmental agencies in matters related to HR.
- Being a spokesperson for HR-related matters.
Administrative Support
- Assists on staff travel arrangements.
- Assists on maintaining and monitoring office supply.
- Assists on setting up a Google Drive platform for project e-filing.
- Providing support and management services to various divisions when needed.
- Additional duties related to office and administrative tasks.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,600.00 per month
