Position: Assets and Logistics Executive
Company: Asia Communication & Electronic Sdn Bhd
Industry: Railway Industry
Type: Contract staff (Yearly renewal)
Location: Kulai, Johor.
Working hours: Mondays to Saturdays
Salary: RM2000++ (negotiable based on experience)

Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree holder of relevant course
- Experience: At least (1) year of experience in logistics/operations management (construction or relevant industry)/ administrative tasks
- Language: English & Bahasa (Bonus if can speak Tamil)
- Skills: Computer skill, Microsoft Office & related spreadsheet and database software
- Possess valid license & vehicle for transportation.
- Highly organized, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Job Description:

• Administrative & clerical works for the asset & logistics operations
• Manage documentations of drivers & operators
• Handle administrative of fleet management system (tracking, generating reports)
• Assist Logistics Supervisors for all billing and internal reporting
• Assist in orienting new drivers to fleets/accounts on proper ways to communicate, report to work, and other scheduling expectations.
• Provide support for drivers and asset staffs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior
• Assist in day-to-day coordination and management.
• Provide administration support to the other departments (HSE, QAQC, Production etc)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
