About the Job
A well known poultry company is actively hiring for an Operation Executive role in the Philippines. You will be responsible for taking care of the overall poultry division to ensure the productivity, cost, and overall of the division run efficiently and effectively. Responsible for developing and leading all aspects in the poultry division. Ensure everything is enforced to the strict protocols and practices to protect employees and prevent accidents.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct all aspects of the poultry division’s operations, including production, processing and distribution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the inventory management, procurement and supply chain logistics to meet poultry production demands efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Develop and manage the poultry division’s budget, ensuring cost-effective production.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations related to poultry production and processing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Prioritize and enforce strict safety protocols and practices to protect employees and prevent accidents.
  • Promote a culture of safety throughout the poultry division

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in poultry operations management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices in the poultry industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
