  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for ERP solutions across various industries.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and ERP needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Present ERP software solutions effectively, highlighting benefits and value propositions aligned with client needs.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the ERP software, including features, capabilities, and benefits, to advise clients on optimal solutions.
  • Utilize solution-selling methodologies to drive ERP adoption and guide clients through the decision-making process.
  • Work closely with the Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus
