- Responsible on conducting purchasing activities.
- Ensure to follow up with vendors on time delivery status (OTD).
- Ensure on maintain and record all the purchases, pricing, invoices and other important data systematically.
- Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Follow up on goods defect.
- Assist on preparing purchasing analysis and budgeting.
- To Follow up on confirmed import shipping duties.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Pleasant personality with good negotiation skill and communication skills.
- An active team player, able to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision.
- Min 1 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to converse and write in mandarin is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
