Client Industry: Asian-based integrated market management provider specialising in healthcare
Location: Shah Alam
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product merchandising, availability and visibility mainly in pharmacy outlets.
- Daily visit to the outlets and ensure all products are well organized with adequate level of stocks on display.
- Ensure all products, information and promotional details are displayed correctly according to guidelines and promotion activation.
- Maintains inventory by restocking display of products, removing damaged products, tidying shelves, and providing optimum display of products.
- Ensure products cleanliness and check on damage, expire stocks regularly to minimize returns.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure FIFO, replenishment of stocks and other operational issues.
- Build good working relationships with store managers, responding to their request and feedback.
- Provide regular feedback on the sales performance of product, store and display issues to immediate superior.
- Other duties as assigned.
Outlets Visitation
- Daily visit to the outlets with a required no of store list according to routine.
- Regular visit to outlets warehouse for inventory checking.
- Involve and co-ordinate in event/fair set-up.
Data Management and Reporting
- Provide trade photos before and after merchandising.
- Provide tracking reports after outlets visitation.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of merchandiser experience.
- Experience in FMCG / Pharma industry is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communications dealing with supplier, principals, and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated & sales driven.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
