Site Supervisor

• Supervise all activities on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and other personnel involved in the project to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses, labor hours, and materials used to facilitate project accounting and reporting.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to promote a safe and productive work environment for all personnel on-site.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to address design modifications or unforeseen challenges during construction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and safety.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
