  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist Warehouse Leader on daily warehouse operation including manage inventory, delivery, packing, shipment collection and logistics processes.
  • Ensure stock movement is constantly updated in the System for stock balance data accuracy including location, quantity on hand, value/ etc.
  • Coordinate & communicate on daily operations with Supply Chain Division regarding inventory stock control and delivery arrangement.
  • Effective space planning so as to maximize storage for gaskets materials & equipment.
  • To plan, execute and control all distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returns/damaged/ expired goods.
  • Responsible for accuracy of stock in hand at warehouse
  • To ensure on time shipment arrangement to customers including for urgent delivery.
  • Ensure to carry out proper packaging as per SOP in order to secure and safe the shipment for rough handling.
  • To assist Technical Support Division on material quality inspections process.
  • To communicate and report any defects and damaged material inspection found to Technical Support Division.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum one (1) year working experience.
  • Able to travel from time to time and be able to work on weekend (if necessary).
  • Knowledgeable in inventory control procedure and ERP system is essential.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of people, resourceful and independent.
  • Willing to learn and be able work under pressure in extremely urgency situation.
  • Good analytical approach and exposure to some level of planning work shall be an added advantage.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate (Excel, Words & PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM935.99 - RM3,000.00 per month
