Vacancy: Account Clerk/ Kerani Akaun

Location: Batu Gajah, Perak

Availability: Immediately (Preferred)

Key responsibilities

· To assist in handling accounting data entry and daily operations of accounting functions.

· To process and issue cheque, payment voucher and prepare and update balance sheet schedule and payment schedule in a daily or monthly basis.

· To assist in handling account payable, account receivable and preparation of journal entries.

· To assist and maintain interface with all the departments by verifying records or documents and ensure all the documents are compiled with established accounting policies and procedures.

· To perform general and daily administrative work - maintaining systematic filing system, sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare out going mails (envelopes, packages, etc), monitor stock of office supplies, safe keeping of important documents and ensuring confidentiality.

· To utilize and maintain office appliances and equipment.

· To carry out any other ad-hoc duties/tasks required by Management from time to time.

Requirements

· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Familiar with accounting, clerical and administration work will be prioritize.

· Must be able to multi-task, work under fast-paced environment, and have a good discipline with professional and pleasant personality, interpersonal skills and communication.

· Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as actively participate as a team player.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
