Assistant Teacher

Job Description:
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our kindergarten team. The ideal candidate will support the lead teacher in creating a warm, engaging, and nurturing environment for young learners. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, supporting individual student needs, preparing materials, and ensuring a safe and clean classroom. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, has strong communication skills, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative, child-centered learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons and activities.
• Provide individual attention and support to children as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Help prepare and arrange materials for activities and lessons.
• Encourage positive social interactions and help manage classroom behavior.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.

Requirements:

• Passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward working with young children.
• Relevant experience or qualifications in early childhood education is a plus.
• Willing to take up challenges and learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
