Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and Malaysian labor laws.
  • Process payroll and manage employee benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Support performance appraisals and engagement activities.

Accounts:

  • Record financial transactions, manage AP/AR, and prepare invoices.
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory regulations.
  • Handle petty cash and support month-end/year-end closing.

Requirements :

  • Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in combined HR and Accounts roles with knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Knowledge of Mandarin is compulsory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
