The Restaurant Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to provide a valuable exposure to both customer service and restaurant operations. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in both customer service and behind-the-scenes functions, from engaging with guests to supporting the kitchen team. Whether you're interested in hospitality, food preparation, or operations management, this internship provides a well-rounded introduction to the exciting and dynamic restaurant industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Help kitchen staff with food preparation, plating, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen while adhering to hygiene standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations, helping with opening/closing procedures as needed.
  • Work closely with restaurant staff, including waiters, chefs, and managers, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
  • Gain insights into restaurant operations, customer service, and food safety standards, while receiving mentorship from experienced staff.

Requirements :

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Diploma or Degree program in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Candidates from other relevant fields with a keen interest in the foodservice or hospitality industry are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene is a plus, but not required.
