Job Descriptions:
- Attending to inbound, live chats and emails
- Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their cable subscriptions, cable tv plans, contract, cable/tv devices and monthly payments issues
- Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No experience needed.
- Training will be provided.
- Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication.
Working Hour:
- Rotational Shifts
- First shift starts at: 8am
- Last shift ends at: 11pm (no graveyard/midnight shift)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
