Description
The role entails managing brands on both the marketplace and wholesale business model.
To promote the company’s shoes products, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships with clients through effective sales and marketing strategies.
We are looking for a motivated client to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion, footwear, lifestyle industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of brands, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving growth.
As the Shoes Marketing and Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing branding and marketing strategies to increase brand impact and audience recognition. You’ll work with various teams to support decision-making through data analysis and market research, providing insights for brand strategies and marketing activities.
Job Scope:
1. Conduct market research to identify current trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
2. Proactively reach out to brand companies for collaboration discussions and establish strong partnerships.
3. Develop and implement promotion strategies to increase the visibility and traffic of the company website.
4. Provide insights based on research and data analysis to support marketing strategies.
5. Analyze market trends and competitors to offer effective market recommendations.
6. Prepare and present detailed reports and visualizations of research findings.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data.
9. Stay updated with the latest market trends, statistical analysis, and best practices in market research.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct frequent brand review meetings either on a monthly, quarterly or seasonal basis
- Builds and buys the most relevant range for the target customer
- Identifies promotional/ marketing opportunities for the business in order to motivate further sales and provides a competitive and exciting retail environment for the customer
