III. Conducts account reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis to guarantee timely reporting and ledger maintenance.

VIII. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
IX. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
X. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
XI. Coordinates and addresses multiple bank issues such as cleared check variations, bank fee anomalies, targeted balance calculations, and online service enhancements.
XII. Keeps information confidential to protect the company and the organization's value.
XIII. Complies with all legislative guidelines and internal policies and procedures. XIV. Provides financial and analytical support for the forecasting processes.
XV. Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the division’s performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
XVI. Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates distributed for use by all of Finance during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review.
XVII. Describe an insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts, to provide practical counsel to business area partners and management to drive business results.
XVIII. Declare daily income for marketer (EM and IM) on income sheet
XIX. Any other ad-hoc task requested by superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
