  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process work orders from the Assistant Purchasing Manager.
  • Clarify customer inquiries via Marketing Department.
  • Submit quotations for approval; ensure timely supplier deliveries.
  • Coordinate with Operations for delivery schedules and documents.
  • Handle returns, issue Goods Return Notes, and collect Credit Notes.
  • Update systems and maintain data accuracy.
  • Adhere to quality and environmental policies.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years experience in marine/shipping industry preferred.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • STM/STPM (Required)
