  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Scope

  • Answer inbound calls related to customer inquiries or complaints regarding Prepaid Hotlink Services.
  • Cross-sell services, for example, convincing prepaid customers to upgrade to a post-paid plan.

Salary Package

  • Basic Salary: RM 2,500 (Local)
  • RNR Allowance: Based on performance RM 500 based on KPI performance

Shifts

* * Morning Shifts (AM):*

o 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

o 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

o 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

o 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

o 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

* * PM Shifts:*

o 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

o 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

o 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Important Notes

  • Currently, we are hiring only for PM shifts, so please ensure you are able to arrange transportation.
  • Rotational Shift Schedule: Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week).
  • Start Date: Must be able to start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
