Job Position: Reservation Sales And Marketing Officer (Fresh Graduate welcomed)

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Asist Manager to Adjust Dairy , Weekly , Monthly and Future Apartment price
• Handle all the Inquired booking from Social Media.
• Update all the necessary detail to the Social Media.
• Delivering Colleagues support services, including tasks such as invoicing, managing customer inquiries, and promoting packages.
• Assisting in organizing reservations.
• Addressing requests and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responding to calls and emails related to bookings and inquiries.
• Undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned by superiors as needed.

Requirement:
- Min SPM with 2 years relevant experience
- Diploma / Degree Fresh Graduate welcomed
- Customer service oriented
