  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bread Baker Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our skilled bakers in producing high-quality bread and other baked goods. This role is perfect for someone passionate about baking and eager to learn and grow in a bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of dough and other ingredients according to recipes.
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment and machinery.
  • Monitor and control baking processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Support lead bakers with any other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work early mornings (5AM TO 3PM)
