Key Responsibilities: Content Creator
- Develop a diverse range of content tailored to our brand voice, including blog posts, social media updates, video scripts, email newsletters, and product descriptions.
- Deliver engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content that speaks to our audience’s needs and interests.
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, fostering discussions, and building online relationships.
Video Production
- Produce video content from ideation to final edit, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos to be shared across social channels, ensuring high-quality and engaging visuals.
Content Strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that meet brand goals, align with SEO best practices, and stay current with industry trends.
- Conduct research on topics, keywords, and competitor content to keep our messaging fresh and relevant.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Contribute to brainstorms, suggesting ideas for campaigns, content series, and other initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze content performance across platforms, using insights to guide future strategies.
- Monitor engagement metrics, audience trends, and feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in content creation with a portfolio showcasing skills in writing, video production, and photography.
- Writing & Editing: Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for storytelling and an eye for detail.
- Video Production Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Social Media Knowledge: Solid understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices.
- SEO Familiarity: Knowledge of SEO techniques for content optimization.
- Project Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a positive, adaptable attitude.
- Analytical Skills: Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Graphic Design: Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- CMS Proficiency: Familiarity with website content management systems like WordPress or Squarespace.
- Email Marketing: Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Passion for Trends: A strong interest in storytelling and staying current with industry trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
