JOB SUMMARY

The Food and Beverage Marketing Manager drives marketing and promotional efforts for the hotel’s dining outlets, room service, and catering functions, working to increase F&B revenue and elevate the brand experience. This role involves strategizing and executing marketing campaigns, collaborating with creative teams, managing budgets, and building relationships with partners to ensure the hotel’s culinary offerings appeal to both local and international markets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage marketing, ideally in hospitality, luxury hotels, or a related industry.

OR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management within a hotel or restaurant environment.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Strategic Marketing and Planning

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing plans that align with the hotel’s brand and revenue objectives.
  • Plan and promote seasonal menus, holiday specials, and signature F&B events, ensuring a consistent brand message.

Campaign Management and Execution

  • Oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and target audiences.
  • Coordinate with in-house and external creative teams for designing promotional materials, including social media posts, event flyers, and other branded content.

Market Research and Guest Insights

  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed on current food and beverage trends, guest preferences, and competitor initiatives.
  • Use guest feedback and analytics to continuously improve marketing strategies and optimize the guest dining experience.

Collaborations and Partnerships

  • Build relationships with local businesses, vendors, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive F&B traffic.
  • Coordinate with the hotel’s public relations and sales teams to align F&B promotions with broader hotel initiatives.

Budgeting and Performance Tracking

  • Develop and manage the F&B marketing budget, tracking all expenses and ensuring cost-effective spending.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics and analytics to adjust strategies for improved ROI.

Guest Engagement and Experience Enhancement

  • Foster guest loyalty by creating engaging and memorable dining experiences, ensuring that promotions and events enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Actively respond to guest feedback related to F&B services, using insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
