- Uploading and updating product listings on the website
- Ensuring product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and optimized for customer engagement and SEO.
- Managing product inventory, monitoring stock levels, and liaising with internal teams for restocking.
Website Maintenance & Optimization:

- Planning, executing, and tracking promotional campaigns, sales events, and discounts.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to launch campaigns, paid ads, and product launches.
- Analyzing sales performance and making recommendations for strategies to increase revenue and sales.
Customer Service & Engagement:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, resolving any issues related to orders, products, or payments.
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
- Managing customer reviews and feedback to improve overall product and service quality.
SEO & Content Management:
- Optimizing product pages and website content for search engines to improve organic traffic.
- Ensuring that all online content is SEO-friendly, including product descriptions, blog posts, and other site materials.
- Keeping up with eCommerce trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Assisting in social media strategy, including content, posting and community engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Collaborating with influencers, affiliates, or other marketing partners to drive traffic and sales.
Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web design tools (optional).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to details
- Problem-solving skills to address customer issues and site challenges.
Experience:
- Previous experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or retail operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of online payment systems and order fulfillment processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
