Forklift / Reach Truck Driver

• WAREHOUSING DAILY ACTIVITIES

Responsible in execution of all physical daily transaction, inbound and outbound, according to the SOPP and business rules, meeting the required service standard as agreed with the customer so that customer request and instruction is fulfilled.

• ORDER PROCESSING

Receive all instruction and documentation from the order processing section to act upon accordingly and also to provide order processing all relevant documentation and feedback for system up dating after completion of activities according to the Standard Operating Policy and Procedures and Business rules.

• DAILY TRACKING

Responsible on all document such as tally sheet, gate pass, put way sheet etc. are available to ensure that daily operation would proceed smoothly so that the best level of service can be rendered to the customer.

• DAILY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES

Responsible on the safety and up-keep of the material handling equipment to enable daily activities to be carried out smoothly and efficiently so that maximum customer satisfaction can be achieved.

To also report all breakdown and accident to the superior for immediate action by way of oral communication or by using the prescribed forms.

• STOCK KEEPING

Perform physical warehouse activities such as put away, location moves, product transfer, de bonding etc. timely and diligently as and when required in accordance to the business rules and the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPP) and to duly provide feedback to the order processing unit for system up-dating on this activities by returning the relevant documents.

• DAILY HOUSEKEEPING ACTIVITIES

Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the warehouse, safe stock-keeping of the products in the warehouse rack location, block stack location, open yards and other storage location, the cleanliness of the dock area and the cleanliness of the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to ensure conducive and healthy working environment.

• SAFETY & QUALITY

Comply With The Organizations Health, Safety, Environmental And Quality (HSEQ) Policies, Maintain And Continually. Ensure all personnel involved in the order processing section adhere to the SOPP, HSE policy and statutory regulations at all the times to safeguards the life, properties (ie: facilities & equipment and customers inventory) and environment of the order processing section.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
