We are looking for individuals who are energetic and have exceptional customer service to manage our outlet.
Responsibilities:
- To plan, manage and monitor daily activities on operations from end to end.
- Monitoring operation process, take a role as decision maker in operational problems that may occurs.
- Motivating, managing to achieve the target.
- Maximizing sales and profit.
- Manage inventory, maintain stock in optimum level.
- Provide a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM with and without work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition
- Good working attitude and a dependable team player
- Able and willing to work on retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (OT provided).
- 6 months contract available for promotional booth.
