Project Supervisor will oversee the end-to-end planning, development, and opening of new restaurant locations. The supervisor will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, while coordinating with key stakeholders including architects, contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional restaurant teams to ensure smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating potential sites for new outlets, ensuring that the location aligns with the brand's concept and target market.
- Support the project manager in lease negotiations and other legal or contractual aspects related to opening new locations.
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure the restaurant layout, design, and construction meet operational and brand standards.
- Coordinate timelines for construction, interior build-out, and equipment installation.
- Ensure that health, safety, and food safety regulations are followed during the build and before opening.
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure equipment, furniture, fixtures, and supplies needed for the new outlet.
- Ensure that all restaurant systems (POS, kitchen equipment, etc.) are installed, tested, and fully operational prior to opening.
- Monitor and track the project budget to ensure that expenses remain within allocated limits.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring that key milestones, such as construction completion, soft openings, are met.
- Track project progress and report on the status to senior management, adjusting timelines and strategies as necessary to avoid delays or budget overruns.
- Troubleshoot any issues during the soft opening and grand opening phases to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant operations, including experience in opening new outlets or managing restaurant projects.
- Have own transport and willing to travel
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
