  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Video Editor to join our team. As a Junior Video Editor, you will assist in the editing and production of high-quality video content. This roles is perfect for someone who is passionate about video editing and looking to grow their skill in a professional environment. You will work closely with marketing team and the production team to bring raw footage to life, supporting various video projects for different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Photo/Videographer to editing raw footage into final video content.
  • Work on a variety of projects, including social media clips, promotional videos, tutorial and more.
  • Cut and trim footage to fit within the required format, style and time frame.
  • Add music, sound effects, voiceovers and basic visual effect to enhance video content.
  • Support the team with basic color correction and audio mixing.
  • Prepare video files for final output in various formats suitable for web and social media.
  • Organize and manage video assets, ensuring efficient file storage and access.
  • Stay up to date with trends in video editing, software and best practices.

Required Skill and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and color correction.
  • Strong attention to detail, with an eye for visual composition and storytelling.
  • Ability to follow instruction skill and work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Good communication skill and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple task and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Familiarity with additional editing software, such as Adobe After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Some knowledge of video production techniques, gimik.
  • A basic understanding of social media platform and their video requirements

Education:

  • Diploma/Degree in film production, Media, communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Relevant certifications or course in video editing are beneficial.
