Job Description (Admin Executive)
Utilities & Accommodation:
- To ensure staff accommodation is well-maintained and make suremonthly accommodation utility bills pay on time.
- To solve problem arising from staff accommodation issue, and able to immediately liaise with agent or owner about renting or handover requirements.
- To keep track on the tenancy agreement and renew or termination in a timely manner.
- To liaise with finance department regarding to calculation problems, SOA problem and unit account problem.
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
- In charge of all administrative matters.
- Company Asset & Stationary & Maintenance
- To ensure office assets are in good condition all time.
- Replenish stock for pantry items, all papers and stationary.
- To ensure water dispenser & printer service in a timely manner.
- Oversee dispatch and cleaner on day-to-day operation.
- To source for third parties for air-conditioner servicing, repairing ,replacement when required.
- To liaise with building management about office work permit, management fee, access card, announcement etc.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree or equivalent.
- At least 1 year working experiences in relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to speak Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidate must have self-initiative, hunger for learning, good attitude, punctual and BOLD.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multi-task and handle stress well.
- Able to start work immediately or short notice is preferred.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
