Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

    -Responsible for Level 1 system support to customers by providing technical support and bugs fixing. -Supporting developers in system support and subordinate coordination. -Navigate computer systems and applications to service our customers, and enable them to get the most from our online and mobile platforms -Developing, debugging and supporting web applications which may involve frontend and backend -Understanding the dynamics and practices in working with development environment versus a production environment -Document necessary information, such as change request, reported issues, customer feedback.
    -Candidate must possess at least IT in Diploma, Professional Certificate or equivalent. -Preferably at least 1 year experience in IT support. -Require debugging and problem-solving skills -Must have an acute awareness for security and breaches in the web development -Critical, analytical and forward thinking with problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail -Re-prioritize and adapt to an ever-changing environment. -Strong sense of urgency, performance-minded and able to work under time constraints. -Quality oriented person with good communication skills. -Required Language (s): English & Mandarin -Willing to work on rotational shifts including night shifts, weekends & public holidays. -5 days per week with shift changes monthly between teams. -Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
