  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management

  • Monitor and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the outlet.
  • Resolve any operational or customer-related issues that arise at the branch.
  • Manage inventory and ensure that product stocks are always sufficient.

Staff Management

  • Supervise and monitor the performance of staff at the outlet.
  • Prepare and manage work schedules for the team.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to staff, fostering teamwork.

Customer Service

  • Ensure customers receive excellent service and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Sales and Productivity Management

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve the outlet's sales and productivity goals.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports for management.
  • Analyze sales trends and make recommendations for improvements.

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure all staff adhere to company SOPs and workplace safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the outlet.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
