  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirement :

- Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.

- Minimum of 2 years working experience in related field

- Excellent communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a MUST. Mastery of Mandarin is a plus.

- Preferable Sarawakian

Job Description :

- To undertake full range of QS activities which include estimation, quantities take-off and claim preparation

- To prepare budget reporting on a regular basis.

- To prepare the interim progress claim and monitor the status of the same. To ensure work done is being certified timely and accurately by client / contractor through site valuation

- To conduct & attend site meeting as and when required.

- To manage progress claims and variation orders submitted by sub-contractors and suppliers, and to ensure payments are in order and in accordance to the terms of the contract.

- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
