We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving the company’s revenue by selling products and services, managing customer relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities within a designated territory or market segment. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of the company’s products or services to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate from leads to customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, answering technical or complex questions as needed.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events to enhance personal skills and knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
